ShowUp is a travel-planning tool. We use AI to generate suggested itineraries and then link you to third-party partners to book flights, lodging, activities, and reservations. ShowUp is not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel, and is not the merchant of record for any booking. All bookings, payments, tickets, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the third-party partner you book with, under their own terms.
Itineraries, venues, prices, times, ratings, and availability shown in ShowUp are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. Always confirm the details — price, availability, dates, policies — directly with the partner before booking or traveling. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, documents (passports, visas), insurance, and compliance with local laws.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. If you create an account, you’re responsible for activity under it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any itinerary or price will be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowUp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your travel, bookings, or reliance on information in the Service. Your dealings with third-party partners are solely between you and them.
ShowUp offers an optional paid subscription (“Unlimited”). Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (“Manage subscription”); cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change prices with prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
