You can delete your ShowUp account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including for accounts created by signing in with Facebook, Google, or Apple.
The fastest way: open ShowUp, go to your Profile / Account panel, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your saved trips, your booking-checklist progress, and your email from our records. It cannot be undone.
If you can’t access the app, email us at info@justshow-up.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email address on your account. We’ll confirm and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
Your account record, your name and email, your saved trips, and any itinerary-email lead tied to your address. We do not store payment card details — those live only with the booking partners, never with us.
If you used ShowUp as a guest (without an account), your saved trips and progress are stored only in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser’s site data for ShowUp removes them completely.
